Eleanor's Portrait of a Bald Man

This one was hanging in her room at the memory care facility.
She kept asking me who painted it, and if it was a portrait of a friend of hers, and without my father I really didn't know. Only recently did I turn it around and discover that "Pillion" is brushed on the back of the canvas. I am pretty sure this Pillion is her mark and not that of her brother Raymond, so I would now say it is her painting. Still no idea who the subject is.
Of course, given the style and the signature, it would be pre-1958 and probably done while she was in art school.
